Once you begin your lessons with a tutor or trainer, All-Star Education helps you maximize the experience by saving you both time and money.
After each lesson, you will receive an e-mail that details the lesson time and how much will be taken from your account balance. This way, you can monitor your account activity and keep record of all lessons. Instructors will also be asked to include a brief description of every lesson with constructive feedback. If you are a parent, this is a great way to keep track of the progress of your child.
An appropriate credit will be added to your account in the dollar amount you choose to buy. If you buy a discount package, your credit amount will be that of the full value. After each lesson, your balance will be drawn down by the amount of the wage of that tutor/trainer. Once you run out of credit, you must purchase another package in order to continue with lessons. The discount packages will never expire, and you are free to use your credit on more than one tutor or trainer at once.
